ASTERIORA LTD / Legal

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This notice explains how ASTERIORA LTD handles personal information through asteriora.com and its early-access waitlist.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

ASTERIORA LTD (Company Registration No: HE 499126) is the data controller. Our registered office is Evripidou 9A, 3031, Limassol, Cyprus. For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, email [email protected].

2. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your full name, email address, selected interest (Future Guest, Investor, or Partner), and a record of your consent and submission time. If you email us, we also receive the information you include in your correspondence.

Our hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, request time, and requested pages in security and access logs. The form uses a hashed network address and request timestamps to limit repeated submissions; these records are kept separately from your waitlist details.

3. Why we use it

With your consent, we use waitlist information to send ASTERIORA launch news, early-access offers, and relevant follow-up messages. We handle direct enquiries and protect the website on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to correspondence and maintaining a secure service. Where an enquiry concerns a possible contract, we may process the information to take steps at your request before entering that contract.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected] with “Unsubscribe”, or by replying to an update. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Joining the waitlist is voluntary.

4. Who receives your information?

Waitlist submissions are delivered to our company email account and are accessible to authorised personnel handling enquiries and launch communications. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to deliver these services. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

If a service provider processes personal information outside the European Economic Area, an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, is required. Contact us for information about providers and safeguards relevant to your data.

5. How long we keep it

We retain active waitlist records for launch communications, and review their continued need at least annually. We remove or anonymise records when they are no longer needed, or following a withdrawal or valid deletion request, except for limited records needed to honour an opt-out or meet legal obligations. Direct correspondence is kept only as long as needed to address the enquiry and related obligations. Technical security records are retained only for operational and security purposes.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or your local data protection authority. We may need to confirm your identity when handling a request.

Further information about these rights is available from the European Commission.

7. Cookies and external services

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party embedded content. Images, styles, and scripts are served from this website. No cookies are set by the waitlist form. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the project and its services develop. The revision date appears above. For questions, contact [email protected] or write to our registered office.
